YES! You pull the cracker till it snaps at one of the ends which makes the bang – then whoever gets the bigger end gets the prize, the joke and the silly hat! Everyone has to wear a silly hat! I would happily send you some except I know they are banned because they have gunpowder to make the snap! xxxxxxx
